This stuff is expensive. Almost a dollar a gram !!!! Unless buy in large bulk them half the price. Is there any other brand for less ... similar specifications? What makes it so expensive?

How much do you need? I it was on Ebay a guy was selling syringes full of it meant to do pto seals on the older isoflex greased cranks. I bought one for less than $50 I think and it was enough to do the crank seal on my wife's sled as well as enough left over to grease my p-drive rollers 10x over.

I bought a tub of it at the best price I could possibly find when I rebuilt my 1000sdi, and sold the leftovers when I was done for the same price (if not more) than what I originally paid.

Hmm, if the shelf life is 36 months then it would seem advisable to regrease components that use this every 36 months or so, no?

I bought a tub of it back in 2014, still looks as good now as it did then. I think as long as you keep it closed and in a cool place, it'll last damn near forever...
