I have a pair of Klim extreme bib's wore 3 time's last weekend the leg zipper buckle broke.

Called them took them up there and they where fixed and got them back today.

No cost. They even gave me new laces for my boots.

This has been my experience with Klim ever since they were a small operation up the stairs in downtown Rigby. Sometimes as business grow customer service suffers, this is definitely not the case with these fine folks.

Klim service

My lower zip on my KLIM bibs is missing. My pant leg starts to unravel now while riding. They want me to send it in but I don't want to be without the bibs during the season.

How long was the turnaround time?

I am asking them to send or sell me a zip so I can put it on ( problem solved) won't know if this works till Monday.

Well it didn't take them long to fix them I live 30 mile's from them I dropped them off on Monday and had them back on Friday.
