Kenai/Fairbanks

My kid will be playing hockey in Kenai and Fairbanks two consecutive weekends in November (10/11 and 17/18).

Is there any place between these two cities to ride at this time of year - would need to rent pretty much everything possibly.

Else what can I do for the week between?

Any advice appreciated.

Lots and lots of places to ride in between those two places, the big factor is what is going to be open that early. I've rode Petersville more than a few times during that time of the year. If you feel like taking the long route, a lot of guys ride the Summit area that time of year. Also a lot come out with A Arms destroyed. Best bet would be to watch the snow forecast and read reports and make your decision from there. AK Snow Shredders 2.0 on Facebook is a great resource for area conditions.

Rental sleds would be a little more tricky. Not exactly sure who rents sleds (if any) in the area.
