It finally happened

Well my chaincase finally let go "sigh" but damage isint so bad top drive gear drive chain and tensioner but so far thats it so my question is will the vipers manual tensioner work as well as would putting stock gears back in for the rest of the year be that bad or should i buy some upgraded ones.

I would not put the stock crap back in. I would atleast put HYVO's in. I went through 3 chaincases in one season (under warranty) due to the stock junk. After I put HYVO's in I never had a problem.

belt drive is an option

I put hyvos in and my reverse went out causing my hyvos to go and blew my case apart. I had a tki kit installed. No more chain case or oil to worry about. Lost reverse but I'll take that for peace of mind from now on.

I didn't know there was a TKI kit for the M1100.
Do you have any pics or more info of your install?
We just installed a tki yesterday on a 12.
