issues with putting an 06 engine into an 05 chassis?

I have an 05 900 RMK that has a squeeked mag piston. I have the option of putting a 06 engine in instead of redoing my 05.(Time issue mostly) Other than the 06 having 4 injectors and the 05 having 2, is there much difference? What would I have to change to make this worK? Is it an easy replacement?
