Is my sled bent?

Is it normal to have this gap between the bulkheads? You can see the light shine through om the picture. Just bought the sled and i come home seing this. Have not found anything else telling me its bent

If you look at 10 different bulkheads, you’ll see 10 differences in gap— all normal.

Over the years, I have swapped bent halves together with unmatched pairs and they all bolt together— no problem (assuming both halves are straight)

The modular design of the Polaris bulkhead is awesome, and has been proven to be exceptionally tough.
