We drove by there Friday and Sunday on our way to and from Montevideo. There was a Snobear parked on south side of highway on Friday but that side did not have open water. I couldn’t believe how close holes were drilled next to the open water on Sunday.

There's a culvert there, keeping this open most of the winter.
Lotta water moving this winter. Gonna be flooding this spring.
