The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced!!!!!

I agree. I ordered months ago and STILL have not received my DVD. Their customer service leaves ALOT to be desired. Doubt i will order from them again.

I finally received my DVD - almost 2 months after getting the email that said it had been "shipped". WOW!
