The latest ccr radios arriving from china are Locked in the firmware to only TX on the amateur frequencies. If your new CCR will not TX on 462.700 then read on.
Uv5r: radio off, press and hold ptt moni vfo/mr power on. "Factory" should appear in the display.
Uv82: radio off. Press and hold pttA moni # power on. "Factory".
