HOW TO download waypoints to Rino 655t?

I'm leaving in a few weeks to raft the Grand Canyon and I'm trying to download waypoints to my rino 655t from www.rivermaps.net. But I can't figure it out. Do I need a map program on my computer to load the waypoints to first then load to my GPS or can I just download the files right to my GPS?
I'm not very tech savy when it comes to this and after looking on garmins web site for help I'm about ready to sh!t in my hand and rub it in my hair I'm so frustrated. So any help would be greatly apreciated.

Try searching youtube lot of good videos explaining different things.

Try using themapsource software to load the info to your gps. You'll first download the data from the site and then open/import it into the map source software....you can then push the data to your gps.
