How much would you pay for cutting tunnel down?

If someone dropped it off fully prepped, i'd say $100 for the service, fairly easy if prepped right.

Doing it start to finish with repainting pressure check etc $250 minimum. Probably more like $350 for one with painted tunnel. I also highly recommend a stronger then stock bumper solution anyways since you can really come around and slam into the tail when its not as much of a wheelie bar.

I guess i should also ask what is the shop rate? shop rate here is $125 an hour on the low end and $155 high. Canadian dollar. For perspective the kit for doing it is $400cad plus shipping and install time makes that $750 ish to do.

We are looking at $1000 for a welded one and with powdercoating to repair tunnel damage.

I just did one for a buddy friday night. My numbers may have been skewed as I've done them all for friends. Couple beers and some pizza and a shop night makes it a fun adventure.

I forgot how actually challanging the task is. Your numbers sound reasonable. Its a project. And if your just a fab shop not familiar with the project, it involves wrenching by pulling parts off, draining coolant, cutting, welding, etc etc, modifying other parts to make it all come together. Its a lot more then just a welding task. much more.

I paid around $800 for labor here in Washington state. That was bringing it in with all the parts, a skinz tunnel cut bumper, CR Racing cooler - and I picked it up all installed ready to go.
