I ride Revy and Sicimous a couple times every season. Have a modded GadeX 860 stretched to 144" that I ride in Ontario. I live just west of Kitchener, do as much off-trail riding as I can in the south and usually make the trek to the Abitibi Canyon a couple of times each season as well. My inlaws just moved from Calgary to Ontario this past summer, but my brother-inlaw has a summer home in Sicimous, so I get there at least once every winter. He is riding a new XP800SummitX 154 and I have a 07 XRS 800R 151 that I have 50% shares in with his wife. Love the steep and deep!
You wouldn't happen to be part of the New Dundee club would you? I used to ride those trails quite a bit...
I Moved to BC 2 years ago primarily for the sledding and dirtbiking and definitely will never go back to Ontario, more than enough riding to last a life time here in BC. I'm actually working up in Inuvik, NWT at the moment, some pretty awesome boondocking around here...no stumps to watch out for! Had the option to drive up from Vancouver so I did and brought my sled, not much time to ride but have had some fun racing locals out on the river.
Made it down to West Yellowstone at new years for a couple days and have to say that area is pretty amazing too! Never understood what all the hype was about so I decided to check it out first hand was really impressed... bit different mountains than the riding in BC, but riding 3 states in one day was neat.
I did enjoy touring in N. ont, especially Wawa, Dubreilville, Hornepayne, but am definitely a complete mountain riding convert now... looking forward to some June riding when I get back to SW BC!
