The rollers on my Pro would typically last 2,000 miles and the bushings in the weights approximately 1,000 miles. The rollers on my Axys need to be replaced every 1,000 and the weight bushings about every 700. This is severe use, clutch components may last substantially longer if the primary use is trail riding. You can simply give your rollers a visual inspection provided you know what to look for, like rexnard coming out of the rollers or severely worn thrust washers beside the rollers, another giveaway is the flyweights hitting the inside of the spider because the bushings are shot and the weights are leaning to the side.
