As the title says, is there a trick to removing the secondary clutch from the machine? The clutch hits the tub long before it can come off the jackshaft. Do you have to pull the chaincase to get the clutch off?

just pull it off real quick and the plastic will deflect enough to get it off, or take the top bolt out that holds the side panel in. it will come off.

remove left foot well intake vent and undo the 3/8 bolt tucked in on the left side facing out about 3" and pull out on the plastic tub and slide the clutch off the shaft easy. no fingers to smash and only take about 1/4 :beer;:D
