How do I talk with someone at D & D?

Everytime I've called I'm on hold forever and then when someone does pick-up, it's the wrong person, and am put on hold again. If I go to their website and send an email, they never respond back. I want to ask them about a kit they had awhile back to put a F1000 motor in a F7 chassis, and I want to know if it will work for an M and what the kit includes and pricing. I've heard a few guys on here talk about it a long time ago but no one had many details.

Strange, I have always had good luck calling them and have gotten great tech support. Try calling early in the morning, that's usually what I do.

When you call, tell the first person you talk to your problems with getting ahold of the right person. Let that person know that you have also tried to e-mail them.
