I don't have any pictures but I made some nice salt shields on a home made V nose trailer using the plastic bed liners pieces that fit on the tail gate. I got the beliner pieces from a spray on bed liner place. They will usually just give them to you as they are happy to get rid of them.
1 old aluminium extension ladder, a small roll of plastic sheeting (plastic roofing sheething works too), a small bucket of self-tappers, a 12 pack of Oly and healthy dose of redneck engineering.
