Help with Highmark Avy

I have an older Highmark pack. When I test fired it a red tab is blocking the threads and the pin won't go back down. I am told there is a tool to push it back. I can't find one and have exhausted places to call. hoping someone has one for sale or rent. Pictures anything would help.

I had an older one that I thought didn't have the key.
I did end up finding it in on of the pockets just as I sold it.
