I am looking for some info on heaters for my bars. Bought my 2020 with polaris bars and I prefer the factor cat setup. Bought a pair of factory bars with heaters. The plug for the heaters is a 3 prong but the control exiting the block is 2 prong. Anyone have suggestions?
Can someone post a pic of there setup?

If you go to Mouser they will have those connectors. I got the connector for the magnetic tether from them and they were awesome to deal with. The 2 pin connector for the tether looks the same as the one in the pic but i am going by memory and it isn't always accurate. This is the mouser part number 538 34900 2120. Hopefully this shortens your search as there is pages of connectors to go through. FYI this part # was updated and the old number is the same with out the 538 prefix.

That's was my fear. I think I'll just order a new grip and heater.

Those are the earlier style grip heaters.
The new variable heaters use a two wire setup.
I'm not sure how hard it would be to change the on/off to variable.
Would it work to delete the handlebar switch and convert to a 3 position rocker switch on the console? That would leave the heaters intact, eliminate the switches, and clean up the bars.

That is a good question. In theory, it shouldn't be hard to do. Assuming you just need a power source.
The little bit that I do understand about the new grips isn't much help. They are much more than a power source with an on/off switch. They actually need the gauge connected to operate. Maybe someone else can confirm how they use the interface to vary output. Point being, you would probably need to use a separate power source to do the swap.

as stated the bars you bought are for the 2012-2018 sleds. in 2019 they went to digital controls and everything changed. on the 2012-2018 it was as easy as installing a 3 position switch, i cant say the same for 2019+
