Hand warmer problem fixed

Seems that when they were installed, the element was kinked. Caused by the insulation under the element. After a few hours riding the kink breaks. If yours quit. Take them off. Look for the element that is broken. Each warmer has 2 elements. The other element isn't being used. Change the power wire from the broken element to the other one. Bingo,,, they work, WOW!

Maybe ask someone how to take them off & reinstall them. .

heard that this problem was resolved at BRP on later production models, I was told after the holiday, but I'm not sure which holiday?

I have an xp 163. # 714. 300 miles, Warmers still working.

one of mine worked the first day and the good one died an hour later!lol heard theres a recall coming for it though!
