Pondering some Polaris handguards - I do have aftermarket bars (RSI Boon dockers) . I do have some extra real-estate due to a Munster finger throttle and Munster kill switch, just curious if anyone has tried this with the 1 1/8" bars?

The Skidoo hand guards are nice, one of the guys we ride with has them and we roll his sled often and no breakage. They do have the Skidoo logo front and center but atleast they last.

IDK if they'll work for what you are looking for, but I absolutely love the Skinz Grizzly Gauntlets. They protect my hands and keep them super warm. Goofy looking but I don't care.

I like my Rox Flex-Tec guards, they are wayyyyy better then the Polaris hand guards. Billet mounting and the guard itself has enough flex that they won't break when the sled is rolled over "iv tested this many times".

I break them off with in one season. So i dont put them on. Fill your handle bars with silicone and you wont need them.

Do you trailer with a cover on? Curious how the hand guards will work with a cover.

I've often thought about putting enduro wrap-around guards on, but I know my covers would no longer work. Seems the only viable options are easily removable guards (like soft guards attached with velcro, or gauntlet style), or a loose fitting cover.
