Does EFI live delete the DPF/EGR on the 07-09 Cummins?

It can. And that is where you will see the majority of gains is with dpf deleted and egr at least shut off

Delete friendly race models. I have 3 left and I'm asking $1150 for each tuner since I had to pay more. Ill make someone some good package deals on exhaust chip and egr deletes!!

You could probably pick up the new street tuners that won't let you delete the dpf/urea or egr for that price. The epa shut down all dpf exhaust and egr deletes down in november. These race/off road tuners are very hard to get or find! I saw some used ones on ebay sell for $1,500!! Crazy. If anyone is even thinking about deleting the emissions on their truck I would at least try finding one of these race tuners before there all gone even if you don't plan on installing them yet! I found some of these and I know TRICKEDOUT700 has some of these still as well for anyone needing one. Sorry TRICKEDOUT700, correct me if I'm wrong! Just wanted to clear this up.
