G4 bumper and flap on XM

Has anyone looked at putting the Gen 4 LINQ system snow flap on an XM? I was at the dealer yesterday and looked it over. The bumper on the G4 sweeps up at the rear so one would need to put the G4 bumper on the XM in order to clear the LINQ flap retainer.

Maybe someone has just put the G4 bumper on the XM? If so, was that pretty straight forward?

I've seen a number of g4 bumpers on XM's. The the removable flap the linq brackets need to be set narrower than the pre-marked holes FYI.
