ultimax belts replacement?

I have a m1000 and i use xs817. I blow them when I climb the same hill 4 times in a row or if there is deep powder and i'm on the throttle for more than fifteen minutes. When they go they either snap in half or completely desintigrate into tiny pieces. ususally snap in half. I milled .030 off my secondary at a machine shop to fix arctic cat's screw up on the alignment and got 5 rides out of my last belt! yay
i have sent money orders and gotten nothing back in two months..
Also sent two more belts with checks enclosed.. two and half months.. no reply. do they usually take this long? the first one i sent in I got back in two weeks!. I wonder if they just pocketed my money order.. i haven't heard back from them. they let you know if they rejected warranty and send your money back right? anyone else have an experience with them? is this normal?

That is what I would like to no all so If they really send you a new belt sounds like they are putting the money in there pocket and if they keep the money you should have got the cat belt.

yeah this will for sure determine whether I ever buy from them again and If I recommend others. They would have a great rep and sell tons of belts if they would honor their warranties. I will give them till march 1st before I give up hope of getting a new one really start dogging on them in posts.

I fried a belt....sent it in...got a new one within 2 weeks.

you also had to include 10$ check for shipping....check to see if the check ever cashed?

I GOT MY BELTS BACK~!

EIGHT WEEKS LATER!! I finally got both my warranty belts back.. !.. took FOREVER but i finally got them. i think it just takes WAY longer if you send them a check. money order warranty belts I got back in two to three weeks. They also said something about being out of stock.. maybe that's why, but i think they slow down the belt turnover rate intentionally to save money ..? I bought like three extra belts during my waiting period so i guess they made money off me big time!
