Front End Thread

Just thought I would start this to discuss some sneak peeks of some front ends I have seen pop up in the last couple days. Probably have more details after Hay Days on some of these I'm sure.

Alternative Impact: NEW FOR 2024 CATALYSTS 26” front ends titanium and cromoly! Better pics and more details coming soon.



Edit: The 26" was meant to be 36" as clarified by Dan in a comment below his post on Facebook.

They have new 5/8" Ti rod ends they say drop 1/4lb each compared to the steel lower ones they used to use.

Just saw Sled Solutions post that Zbroz now has Catalyst A-arms and they are stocking them.

Looks like similar construction to past proclimb/ascender lower arms with the front bar having a curve for higher clearance. Still has the straight rear section though. Not touting any geometry changes, but says "lighter than stock" although doesn't say by how much.

Alternative Impact Ti update. 2lb lighter than stock with steel rod ends. 2.5lb lighter than stock with Ti lower rod ends. Starting price for their kit on their website is $1095. A lot of $/lb for weight savings but they sure are purdy!



From Dan's posts on FB discussion a 34" set is in the works too.

Both full chromoly and chromoly lower with billet upper are available. Also just a billet upper available. Minor weight savings around a 1/4-1/2 lb depeding on the kit. Definely stronger than facotry
