fitting ceramic coated pipes

Hello everyone,,
how's it going? i was wondering if you can cut and fit pipes that have already been ceramic coated and then paint them, or will the coating affect welding, or peel from the heat and look like crap around the welds.
let me know. thanks alot.

you can cut and weld but you have to grind the coating away from where you will be welding. It wont look as good and will eventually rust where you welded, but if you have to do it then you have to do it. Get some high temp paint in the same or close to color and it will last a season clean and repaint as needed should help it look better and last longer.
