Good video^^
It's the inner small part of the valve that needs the cylinders removed to clean. One on each side is inaccessible without removing cylinders. The main blades come out fine without removing cylinders, and those are what get dirty soonest. I check them by unhooking the cables from the servo motor and ensuring they snap shut and open completely relatively easily. While there, check cable length and adjust if needed. My valves were pretty dirty last season, sled had ~1500 miles. I could feel them hang up and not hit a positive stop when opening them by hand. Not sure what the previous owner had done in terms of premix or oil type or riding style, those could all play a role. But they operate smoothly once cleaned.
