Wheres the best place to send a crank to be rebuilt, what did it cost and how long did it take? Thanks and any help would be appreciated!! I also need to have the cylinders recoated if thats possible any sugestions?

Time depends on how busy the shop is. Starting Line or Indy Dan. Cylinders can be done by Milenium or Lancourt. Brad (PSI1200) does cranks too.
