1 rack (approximately 2 pounds) trimmed pork spareribs

1 teaspoon paprika

a teaspoon garlic powder

-1/4 teaspoon cumin

-1/4 teaspoon black pepper

-1/4 cup ketchup

-1/4 cup brown sugar

1 to 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

-1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

-1 teaspoon hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot®), or to taste



Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.Line a large baking sheet with foil.

In a small bowl, mix paprika, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and black pepper. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork ribs.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 2 minutes, or until the sugar has dissolved.

Place the ribs on the prepared baking sheet and brush them with the sauce. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the pork is cooked through. If desired, brush on additional sauce while cooking.
