Durabilty kit.

I just installed durability kit in my 800 assault and had idling issues sa well. I readjusted the linkage stop screw on the throttle shaft and then had to readjust the cable freeplay. All is good. Takes a couple tries to get the idle just right. Itll probably change after rings are seated

You did not use a volt meter? un-hock throttle cable, supply 12 volts, check for 5v, set base .700, set idle .940, rehook up throttle cable, wide open 420,

Just did mine after rebuild and it was off,, base was .740
