Driven clutch lopsided?

Trouble shooting low rpm in my brothers 2013 rmk 800.

Plan is to start with fresh clutch springs and belt.

While cleaning the driven clutch I noticed the washer for setting deflection is wearing into the moveable sheave. Such that I think the sheaves are not parallel to each other. I set the belt in there loose, and it drops waay in. Rotate it 180 degrees, and its sitting waay high.

How is a guy sposed to maintain deflection with the sheaves not perfectly parallel to each other? Do I need a new clutch or can it be machined?

I measured outside to outside of the sheaves. On the "skinny side" which is straight out from the deflection nut/bolt I have 1.865". 180 degrees opposite of that I have 1.704".

I noticed you are measuring without the Helix in place. Try assembling with the helix then measure the 180 deg difference. The moveable bushing and the bushing in the helix work together to keep things aligned. If you are still getting large differences take a look at the bushings themselves.

I drill a second hole and use 2 adjusters.
Mill a nice flat spot drill and tap.
Just like the Tied secondary

Belt deflection stays even when adjusting and helix falls out easily without loosening adjuster bolt.
Once the Tied clutch came out it only made sense to use 2 adjusters.
How can you set your deflection properly when the adjuster bolt is pushing one side of the secondary open.
