Does anyone know what number to set the tach calibration number at for a 800 Polaris twin.
It is a DT53SN gauge.

You s/b able to go to the website & get instruction on that. I have talked to them before & gave great info.
It takes about ten seconds to change the tach CAL. 2,4, or 6 are the common ones. If you are set on 6 and your instrument reads RPM at 1/3 of what it should go to 2.
power on
hold setup arrow up button on for a few seconds until digits flash
flashing SEL
upper side button is your instrument is labeled "time event" click it as it scrolls through your SEL setup features....when you get to CAL (that is calibrate) you'll see a number 2,4, or 6 normally in the window. click setup arrow up button and it goes through the calibration numbers. Exit or Power is the "return" and "enter" key so you just exit on out to normal operating mode when you get things the way you want.

Polaris models should be set to 6.
