My diamond s outlet is smaller than stock? Anyone else run into this?

Call them and see if you got the right one. Seems like it would have a flange that covers the hole. When I looked on their website, all I seen was 2 different ones for previous models.

Yes mine is the same on my alpha and 850 skidoo, some of his early builds had the plate on the bottom, but caused cracks I believe so they removed it.

They have always been small for the Ctecs. If you order the rubber piece from the older Pro Climbs and install it, it will seal it up. if you search back to the fall of 2017 there was a post about this.

I fill the bellypan exhaust gap with permetex copper hi temp silicon/gasket maker stuff. If you spit on your finger, you can mold the silicone and shape it smooth for a nice, speed enhancing finish. I do this on all my sleds, Diamond s or stock.
