My daughter is in need of some gear.

Biggest issue are bibs. She is about a 24" waist and a 34" inseam
Jacket would need to fit a decent wingspan but with a short torso and again a 24" waist

She also wears a women's 10 boot

Any suggestions on where to start looking?

Thanks

These are a SCREAMING deal from Klim if you are looking for non-insulated. I would not worry so much about waist size because layering will add a little bit to the waist. My BFF is 5'11 and wears the 33 inch inseam in the medium-tall. If your daughter got the Klim Small-Tall then you may be surprised with how well it fits. Klim is awesome, if it doesn't fit you can send them right back. And at $180 bucks you really can't go wrong.

The Klim boots are what I have always worn. I wear a 9 and they are a little big. The AURORA comes in a 10 but have her try some on. I have not been disappointed in my Klim gear!

I have four daughters 8-17 and my wife that all sled
My wife insists on klim. My daughters have leaned
More to castle for slimmer look with full insulation,
as well as more color variations. Redhead gets cold
easier and only rides with her battery heated jacket,
can't recall brand. We always shop local shops in the
spring for winter clearance. One gives us great Christmas
deals now cuz he knows we'll be back.

Best thing to do if you can is find a dealer that you can try the gear on at. I wear men's motorfist bibs and women's size 10 Klim boa boots. I don't know if the Klim boots run big but I'm normally a size 10 to 11 and I feel like I could even go down to a 9 in the Klim boots. I'm a shorty so can't help on the tall aspect.

Klim and motorfist are equal in my book and can't go wrong with ether. FXR, castle, and divas is worth a look too.

Ok, right or wrong, this is what I have so far.

Dennis Kirk had the Klim GTX boots for a $11 more than the FXR boots but she wanted the BOA system instead of fighting laces.

Hopefully this will get her started.

I put my daughter in DIVAS SNOW GEAR

https://www.divasouterwear.com/

My wife is a commercial ballroom gown seamstress.
She KNOWS how to hand make HIGH quality product.
When I ordered the full set for my daughter my wife tore into it to see just what was on the inside.

She was very impressed with the quality of the hidden construction.
its often times what you DON'T see that makes all the difference.
DSG is GOOD STUFF for gals!

Just the same as mine. She's 15, 5'8" and probably still growing.

Hopefully I get a 2 for 1. Younger daughter will likely grow into the gear as the older one grows out. At least they are built similar. (Paulina Peak in July with 3 Sisters in background, 2 Sisters in foreground).

I did get a call from KLIM yesterday, I had a sinking feeling, but turns out I accidentally clicked the "willing to drive to Idaho to pickup" button on my order. She called to make sure I intended for them to ship. Order should be meeting UPS yesterday I think.

She's doing the snow dances now. Thanks for the heads up on the KLIM discounts. She is liking the FXR BOA boots too, no more laces.

I've tried 3x to get the photos to stand up correctly... you get the idea.
