Any one going this year, they are open year round now with new owners, full resturant, bar, store and gas. they also have cabins to rent. o ya you will need a snowmobile or snocat to get there if coming from hwy 395, nice ride over sonora pass 9600.+ ele.

How far are they from parking on 395?

How many days can you stay at the 395 parking lot before you are ticketed?

you can drive down hwy 108 about 5 miles, just past the Marine Corps Base, and park at the Peoples gate, A smal group of us are going tomorrow up to Leavitt Lake and then over sonora pass to Dardanells for a beer and lunch. it is about 30 miles from the gate.

Do they have gasoline up there

Gas yes, me and 2 friends went there sat. had a couple beers with lunch, the bar is cool, 4 ft. dia pine. tree growing right through the middle of it. saw maybe 200 sleders on 108 sat. also you can stay the night in one of there cabins. going there again next week!
