Ok going to test a replacement silicone elbow.

Super glue the plastic collar into the fuzzy upper intake connector.

Cut the silicone elbow as shown.

Clamp in place.

Solid tough 4 ply boot.

Hey @Sheetmetalfab, what do you mean by superglue the plastic collar into the fuzzy upper intake connector? Did you just use super glue to seal up the Fuzzy part so the silicone elbow gets a good seal?

I'm tired of my sled running like crap and I'm throwing everything I can at it.

Just glue the plastic collar into the fuzzy so it doesn’t move.

The elbow seals just fine on the fuzzy.

Wouldn’t a couple hose clamps on the outside so it can’t start to deform do the trick?
