Wow. What makes the turbines need to be replaced, aside from the American necessity to throw away stuff & get new stuff?
They are keeping tight lipped about the situation for political reasons.
WY has been slatted for 3,000MW of new wind generation over the next 8 years.
Its near impossible to get new transmission lines installed with all the environmental impact studies/permits that take years and even decades, so they are replacing old turbines with new larger capacity turbines.
To prevent abandoned and decaying wind farms, Wyoming laws require companies provide bonds to cover the cost of decommissioning and disposal of turbines once they are taken out of service or abandoned, or the old turbines removal was figured into the cost of the new turbine install paid for by you and I.

Happens in Colorado too, Denver went from 83F to 18F in 8 hours the other day. Now it has gone back! Global cooling followed immediately by global warming, I am so confused....

The climate warriors are not doing that well with voters, so they've gone to court. New York’s attorney general is suing Exxon Mobil. The trial begins today, and it is, in fact, a Soviet-style show trial—purely political. This is how "progressives" foist their views on the rest of us when they can't win votes.

Intelligent people readily admit that there is no substantial influence on climate by human activity.

So when people say otherwise, it only proves that they lack intelligence.
