Challenger extreme or Challenger...What's the diff?

Looking at buying a new track. I'm running a challenger extreme 153 with a 3.0 pitch right now. The guy says it's a challenger 153, off of an 08 m8. Does it have a 3.0 pitch? I can't seem to find a 153 with a 3.0 pitch online, so maybe it's a challenger extreme that he is selling?? Anybody know?

Thanks!!

Not sure, but I think that the Extreme is 2.5" lug height. I had a 162" by 2.5" by 3.0" pitch Challenger Extreme on my 04 RMK 935 (stroked 910). I have a 163" by 2.5" Extreme on my 09 Dragon Turbo.

the challenger extreme is a tougher track comes in different pitches and lug heights but can handle big horsepower,a challeger light likes to shed its lugs and are rather inexpensive

depends

tracks usa show the extreme in a 2.25 2.5 and a 3.0
I think that if it is off a stock m8 it should be the 2.25

Ya i have a 08m8 the track that came stock on it is a challenger extreme 2.25 some will tell you its just a challenger but it is a extreme but its only a 2.25 not 2.5. I find it to be not to bad of a track but i will be switching it out for a powerclaw but not till next season though if i had to choose it would either be a powerclaw or a challenger extreme 2.5 in that order and i think they are all 3.0 pitch, hope that helps.

The challenger extreme 2.5'' tall lug tracks have a stiffer durometer than the Ch Ext 2.25" lug.

The standard Challenger is a 2" tall lug.

The Arctic cat Challenger is a 2.25" tall lug with a 3" pitch and notched on the edges for the cat coolers. It is the same softer durometer as the Ch Extreme 2.25"
