Chaincase gears

Have these been an issue with the vipers when adding power? Seems like a lot of the Cat guys with the M1100 change them just about every season. I’m doing an MCX 270 on my Viper, the thought of grenading my chaincase in the backcountry is a little unnerving. Any thoughts on this?

The Viper and M7000 use HYVO sprockets, chain and a manual tensioner which are stronger. With proper maintenance and chain tension adjustment, you should be good to go!

Might want to think about regearing though. 21 41 is popular. its out of a xtx model. I used it for a while.
