Catalyst Track Drive Protectors?

I had selected these things when I snow-checked... and now I'm wondering if I should waste $200 on them. The dealer has been unable to give me any real info on them, so I thought I'd ask here. That's $200 I could put towards a cover or something else...

Thoughts?

Yes, those. I went ahead and told the dealer I'll keep them. He gave me a good deal to install those, the Hardcore boards, both bumpers and a handlebar riser.

I ordered those and the skid plate with my snowcheck. I have the sled but not the protectors or plate. No clue when they will arrive.

Where are you guys? The dealers Kool-Aid and I used (two different dealers) both had them in stock. Odd.
