OK problem is fixed. Turns out the brake switch had to be replaced and now the brake light illuminates like a Christmas tree upon engaging the brake lever. Fuel mode now simply and easily switched to non-ethanol 91 and all is good. Had the sled out on Friday and it ran like an absolute top.
