Good post, like to know if your right. Cuts down on weight but if it cycles into a low charge that kills your ride then it a bad thing.I put one in my 2012 PRO800, started having engine cut out,after 250 miles pulled a code 651 indicating injector issue. I put the OEM battery back in after 60 miles no issues. I think this battery goes into discharge and reduces voltage, I'm going to try the EarthX again to see if issue returns.
