Boondocker agility kit axys pro 800

Does the agility kit come with a blow off valve or just the waste gate. And if it’s just the waste gate is it worth it to install a bov?

I have a very good used Boondocker Agilty kit for sale at $2,000 that was on a Polaris Axys, but will also fit a Matryx with a little muffler modification. I loved the turbo and it would put out around 200 hp.
It has a wastegate and no blow-off valve.
It Is located is Salt Lake City, Utah.
