For those who have done the beltdrive conversions, How was durability? Performance improvements? What gearing for a 165?

Durability 10/10 when maintained
I like being able to see the belt and pulleys.
Do a 2.62 or as low as possible(higher numerically). Use a 24tooth or smallest possible top gear.

performance increases vs money spent are questionable. great for quickly trying out different gear ratios tho.
