Anyone try these yet? Trying to decide between this one and the cat mountain bumper.

I bought one, Should have it in a few days and can report back, It looks identical to cats "proclimb" bumper but like half the price. I like that its tubular which will make it much easier to grab the bumper for moving the sled around.

Installed the bdx bumper tonight, build quality id say is good, no complaints, fit was good, everything lined up right. Did not take long to install, probably 15 mins. Weight wise it's not much more than the stock bumper it's self, will add much protection as well as many more points to grab for when stuck. I'm not sure but I'd hope the hood is still removable if need be with the bumper on witg out removal of it.

They copied Kevin Hubbards design and lightened it up to make it cheaper to produce. Check out "Hubs Performance" for the real deal, if he is still making them.

I bought one recently and the bumper doesn't interfere with removal of the hood however, you will need a 6" long T30 torx however () to remove the bolt as the right angle T30/T40 tool that came with my sled won't fit. I got one from Amazon for less than 10 bucks.
