Installed a backwoods BMP rear bumper on my 21 hardcore and I think the rivits are hitting the track. I buffed the back side ( in the tunnel ) to try and prevent this. I’ll post pictures tomorrow. Anybody else have this problem ?

Had the same thing happen with the new tunnel reinforcement plates that go inside the tunnel from Cat. A rivet on each side above the top idler would just touch the track if it shifted over slightly as it does when you ride. Just trimmed it down some.

Digging up an old post here. I just installed my BMP bumper and the rivets are definitely making contact with the track. They hit when on the stand. Has anyone come up with a solution for this?

I ran cat rear bumpers in the past and never had any issues.

Yep; 10-24 or 1/4-20 SS capscrews with acorn nuts with loctite for a clean look.

when I installed BMP drop brackets on my Axys I flipped the rivets as Flarito mentioned for Max clearance on the lower holes. Looks not as clean…but does the trick.
