A friend of mine sent a pair of his bibs back (tear in the leg) to Klim and they fixed his at no cost except for shipping. IMO Thats some pretty great customer service in repairing their products.

I carry a brake lever. They are small and fit easily into a back pack and it really sucks to ride out of the mountains after breaking one off!

LOL! On my old sled it had Arctic Cat brake and throttle... and yes, I carried a spare throttle flipper and brake lever as it seemed I broke those 2 a few times a year! The Poo brake lever seems to be a bit more sturdy, but I still carry a throttle flipper.
