Axys Sidekick: 4,700 RPM stumble

2016 Axys 800.

If riding on a trail with a little load on the motor and temps below 125, there is a constant engine stumble in the RPM range of 4700-5000 (colder the temp, the more severe of the stumble). Now if the temp is over 135 there is absolutely no stumble.
If the trail is on a incline and there is load on the motor there is absolutely no stumble.

New ECU flash from BD did not help, exhaust valves were cleaned, new spark plugs.

I'm assuming it's running rich in that 4700-5000 range when it stumbles.

Ideas, suggestions??
