I rented a BCA Float 22 Throttle from OE Rentals last year. The price was very reasonable and the shipping to me and return to OE was easy and hassle free.
The bag I got was brand new.

This is the way to go if you only get to ride out west a couple times a year and don't want to purchase all of the gear, but want to have good quality gear to use on your trip.
