So you're trying to get a little height without having to buy risers? Just go to a set of factory Cat bars.
Bmx bars are pretty thin and I think space for controls would be an issue, not to mention clamp area on the bottom of the bars, a bmx clamp is only like an 1.5" wide.
Well they look like $58 on here, but I'm sure if you look around either snowest or Ebay you can find some pretty cheap. Just keep an eye out on here, guys with earlier M's and 1M chassis are always going to risers, and I'm sure most would part with them pretty cheap.
On the other hand, do you need new handlebars? A set of risers can be pretty cheap! as long as your cables are long enough.....
Most BMX bars these days are a 24"-32" wide and 7"-8.5" rise. You can get all kinds of upsweep and backsweep in the bars too. Almost all are made of heat treated 4130 chromoly and are the same O.D. as snowmobile bars. If I were in the market for bars, I wouldn't hesitate on a set of BMX bars. WAY WAY stronger than stock. And lighter.
