Anyone have a crack like this and if so what did you do too fix it?

It's just the cap that's cracked. Can run it or brace it. The newer rails don't have the screws to start propagating the cracks to start with.

It only bugs me because the rivets are loose and it rattles. Im not worried about it other than that.

Bracing it is about the only thing you can do or buy a newer rail. Assuming there’s no warranty looks like a 2019. I had a 19 and 3 rails failed… glue delamination…cracked a rail right where yours is but it broke right thru. Running to soft on your front track shock will let the suspension bottom and start that crack
